pp塑面模板與其他pp模板的區(qū)別

Hi everyone. Currently there are several kinds of plastic plywood in the market, with a lot of suppliers claiming they are the producers of this item. Today I would like to explain the difference between Rilico plastic plywood and other plastic plywood. As plastic cannot be laminated directly onto the wood surface, the most common method is to use a sheet of non-woven cloth and soak it with MR glue. The cloth is now an adhesive agent, and layered between the plywood and the plastic film. This method will not allow the plastic film to cling on tightly to the plywood. And if the cloth starts to peel off from the plywood, a large proportion of the plastic film will delaminates together with the cloth. As for Rilico plastic plywood, our plastic is melted and pushed into the plywood through holes on the surface which seamlessly bond into one. And because this is a physical bonding, even if there is any damage during usage due to careless handling at the site, there will be minimal delamination of the plastic from the plywood, very much so like a finely cracked egg shell, where you can only peel off a tiny piece at a time. The common plastic plywood adopts the same production methods as normal film face plywood, thus it’s easily replicated and produced by many factories in china, resulting in inconsistent qualities.
